Material Analyst

This is a role that requires integrity, confidentiality and commitment in background investigations. The primary responsibility of the Material Analyst is to produce high quality, timely, and cost effective processing of completed intermediate case type and case materials achieved through established procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Review sensitive case types and case materials to ensure they meet established guidelines. Determine if the case can be closed or needs additional items scheduled.
  • Communicate instructions to the field on coverage needed to ensure case meets established guidelines.
  • Ensure cases and case materials are processed to meet established guidelines in a timely manner.
  • Ensure guidance to the field is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with customers.
  • Provides quality and timely feedback to the field and customers.
  • Conducts work in a professional manner.
  • Listens and communicates effectively.
  • Flexibility to work adjusted schedule including overtime. Due to the fluctuations in our workload there are times that overtime will be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • All applicants must be willing to work Saturday, Sunday, holiday hours, and overtime as needed. Work schedules are determined by management on a weekly basis and are determined by workload.
  • Position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate lifting.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Investigative Analyst

This will be in a position of National Security, a role that requires integrity, confidentiality, intensity, commitment and pride in our country's security matters. The primary responsibility of the Investigative Analyst is to evaluate previous investigations and correspond that information to current open cases.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:
  • Review and evaluate sensitive case types and case materials to ensure they meet established guidelines for case coverage
  • Communicate instructions to the field on coverage needed to ensure case meets established guidelines.
  • Evaluate previous investigations to ensure appropriate coverage is obtained on current case
  • Analyze duplicate cases to determine discontinues
  • Ensure cases and case materials are processed to meet established guidelines in a timely manner.
  • Ensure case coverage information to the field is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established guidelines.

Data Support Technician - CRU

Data Support Technician is a position of trust, a role that requires integrity, confidentiality, intensity, commitment and pride in National Security. The main responsibility of the Data Support Technician is to monitor Investigative case folders and conduct follow-ups to ensure a timely and accurate product is provided to a satisfied customer.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:
  • Review and update record information from various sources.
  • Complete multiple processes with developed Subject identifiers.
  • Review/monitor investigative cases to ensure quality and integrity of process.
  • Key alphanumeric data and conduct entry or modifications of records in database.
  • Work various reports to ensure items are updated and in the proper status.
  • Conduct follow-ups in accordance with established timeframes.
  • Maintain quality standards of investigation processing.
  • Ability to learn time frames and quality expectations from the customer.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant OPM or investigative processing experience. Must have knowledge of the entire investigative process, including follow-up time-frames and information needed to complete the investigation.
  • Position requires computer proficiency and working knowledge of office machine literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:
  • Manifest and track all incoming and outgoing case materials.
